The AMSN CMSRN Certification Review Course is a two-day, in-person review course featuring an overview of interventions that medical-surgical nurses use to promote quality of life for their clients. This course will be held at AMSN headquarters in Chicago, IL beginning Friday, November 1, 2024 through Saturday, November 2, 2024. Taking this course will provide those taking the medical-surgical certification exam with information necessary for success. The course includes a brief overview of each body system, fluids and electrolytes, and common pathological conditions and treatments, as well as a short section on test taking tips, a review of the exam blueprint, and several practice questions.
Not taking the exam? The course provides an excellent review of the body systems and nursing interventions used as well as objective and subjective data to gather. Participants will also have an opportunity to participate in Medical-Surgical Nurses Week activities.
Upon successful completion, participants can earn up to 14 NCPD contact hours.

Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
If any circumstance or event beyond the control of AMSN causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, AMSN agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee which AMSN is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event
AMSN photographers may take photos of attendees. Please be aware that these photos are for AMSN’s use only and may appear in AMSN materials. AMSN may use personal identifiable information collected. You acknowledge personal information you provide may be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
Cancellation Policy
AMSN will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing on or before October 24, 2024. Cancellation requests must be emailed to crc@amsn.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from AMSN on or before the cancellation deadline. After October 24, 2024, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at crc@amsn.org.
