Full Conference Registration
Full Conference registration includes access to all education sessions, including concurrent sessions and keynotes, the ability to meet with sponsors and exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall, attendance at the Opening Reception, and meals - all as indicated on the Annual Convention Schedule.

Join AMSN as a full member ($99) and receive the current AMSN member pricing ($540) and save $66 off the non-member registration fee. Please note that discounts will not be applied retroactively.

Group Discount
AMSN is pleased to offer Group Registration for those who are looking to send multiple nurses or providers from one facility. Group Registration is available for groups of 3 or more AMSN Members and offers a discount of 10% off each registration. To qualify, all registrations must be submitted together in a group registration via the online registration form. Discounts will not be applied retroactively.

Active Military Pricing
Must be an AMSN member to get military rate. Email registration@amsn.org with a copy of your military ID to register.
Student Pricing
Must be an AMSN Student Member to get student rate. AMSN Student Membership is free and is limited to those pursuing their initial RN license. Proof of student status is required by showing a current Student ID. Email registration@amsn.org with a copy of your student ID to register.
Guest/Spouse Pass - $80/$105
A Guest Pass includes access for one (1) guest to join you for the Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, September 12 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Virtual Access Pass
AMSN plans to offer a virtual access pass in 2024 for those who are unable to join us in Toronto. More information, including offered sessions and pricing, will be made available in August 2024.
Cancellation Policy
AMSN will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing on or before August 19, 2024. Cancellation requests must be emailed to registration@amsn.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from AMSN on or before the cancellation deadline.
All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the Annual Convention to the original form of payment. After August 19, 2024, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@amsn.org. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.
