Registration Terms & Conditions
The AMSN Registration Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to 2025 AMSN Convention. Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as an affirmation of your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
If any circumstance or event beyond the control of AMSN causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, AMSN agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee which AMSN is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event. AMSN staff and hired photographers may take photos of attendees. Please be aware that these photos are for AMSN’s use only and may appear in AMSN materials such as on the website, social media, in emails, and in other AMSN promotional materials.
You acknowledge personal information you provide may be used in accordance with our privacy policy. AMSN may additionally use personal identifiable information collected, such as to help minimize any potential hotel attrition penalties for the association.
