Report if l see any activity of racism at my work place
I pledge to not accept physical features as an identification for people and demand that people use names as a matter of respect. I pledge to educate my staff and others about the value of all people and not accept any discrimination in any form
I pledge to end racism by recognizing and acknowledging that every person is a unique, never to be repeated miracle of God and to continue to work on loving my neighbor as myself.
I will strive to end racism by learning more about the impact of systemic racism, reflecting on my own implicit bias, advocating for full inclusion in all decision making, listening to experiences and perspectives of others, and speaking out when injustice and racism are present.
I recognize that we are all connected through our humanity and I will great and care for each person as my brother and sister.
I pledge to never tolerate racism of any kind, to speak out to those who are racist, and raise my children to never see race as a way of treating someone differently.
I pledge to speak up when I hear bias towards other races and to be more aware of my own implicit biases. I will support candidates for public office who want to end racism, income disparity and healthcare disparity.
I pledge to be alert for hateful words and actions and to speak out against them. We must speak out against racism and hatred to exemplify all the best that we know our country can be. There is no place within the healthcare community for racism and hate.

I pledge to put myself in my someone else’s shoes to help me gain understanding of how a situation affects them and help me serve people better.
I will not condone racism or discrimination of any kind, and will speak up against inequity. I promise to treat everyone with respect and dignity. Racism and hate have no place in healthcare. This is my Pledge.
I pledge to set the example the world needs. See the good in everyone. Love everyone. No matter what.
I will work with my colleagues, community, my children, and family to have meaningful discussions on race and ending racism on all levels. Above all, I pledge to stand up, speak out, and defend the rights of fellow citizens any time I can.
I will do my best to recognize my own unconscious bias with every decision I make. I will consider DEI in all aspects of AMSN/MSNCB business and will ensure we dismantle any systemic bias within our organization. I will continue to speak out and be an ally.

Treat all with respect, call out racism as I see it, make the effort to be obviously inclusive, make no assumptions, be an example to others.
I pledge to not focus on the short-term gains for equality, but listen to the wisdom of this moment. I will take the knowledge of current injustice to seek change for future generations. A steward of my actions, I will seek opportunities to learn and stand with those facing racism.
I shall continue to treat everyone with respect and kindness. I will continue to educate myself about the concept of systemic racism.
I am pledging to end racism in any way possible. I pledge to stand up for equal rights, to recognize and speak out against racism, and to educate myself and others.
I pledge to never see or judge anyone by color, culture, different beliefs nor hate, but plan to approach all in a position of listening, compassion and love.......no judgment.
I pledge to utilize all of the available tools to recognize the various forms of racism, share this knowledge, and become a positive influence to family, friends, colleagues and members of the community in regard to ending racism and other forms of discrimination.
I pledge to educate myself about matters of racism and pursue conversations around injustice with those directly affected by it. I also pledge to continue to be aware of my unconscious biases and privilege.
Listen and hold space for everyone, especially for those that look different than me.
Be active in standing with, and working for, those affected instead of just standing by.
